THIS WEBSITE – TITANPROTECTUSA.COM – IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY TITAN WEST TRADING, LLC, (REFERRED TO AS: ‘TITAN’) AND ITS AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY “TITAN“, “US”, “THE”, “WE” OR “OUR”).
Orders placed Monday – Thursday after 2:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be PROCESSED within 2-3 days. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. Due to age restrictions for use of this website, no information obtained by this site falls within the Child Online Privacy Act (COPA) and it is not monitored as doing so.
Order Processing Delivery Method and Timing
Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship.
Free standard shipping times may vary from 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. Shipping is accommodated via USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
You may also select a paid expedited shipping option which is accommodated via FedEx 2-day shipping.
Titan Protect USA cannot be responsible and takes no responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers. If you have an urgent requirement for specific shipping or delivery dates, please contact us.
*AK and HI may incur additional time for delivery. This does not include any potential delays due to inclement weather, holidays, or world disasters, which can cause shipping disruption and delay delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for customer error due to incorrect shipping address information.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S. We do ship to all USA States. We do not ship to any destination where these products may be legally restricted or prohibited.

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION
DUE TO THE NATURE OF TITAN PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS.
We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to: hello@titanprotectusa.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photographic proof of the claimed damage.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your order. Due to the nature of our PPE products and requirements for sterility, returns are not generally accepted, so requests for refunds must be substantiated by a claim and evidence of receipt of damaged or defective goods or receipt of the wrong items. Acceptance of a claim for a refund is in Titan's sole discretion at all times. Any refunds issued at Titan's discretion will generally not include a refund of any shipping costs incurred at purchase.
